Corn Casserole
Creamy corn casserole, a great side dish!
Ingredients
- 1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Melt the stick of butter. Combine other ingredients with the melted butter. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
