Honey Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
- 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts - very thin (either buy thin or pound w/mallet)
- 3 tbs honey
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs course grain brown mustard
- 1.5 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except chicken. After combined, add chicken. Marinate chicken for 2 hours-overnight. Cook in oven for 5-7 minutes in oven or in a pan or until chicken is cooked.
