Mushroom sauce
Best for serving over grilled steak
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 12oz light beer
- 2 tbls mustard
- 1 tbls crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbls butter
Instructions
1. Pour 8oz beer into saucepan
2. Add mustard, butter, garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms.
3. Cook over med-high heat until liquid is reduced by 2/3
4. Add remaining 4oz beer and reduce by 1/2.
5. Serve over grilled steak
Servings: about 2 cups
