Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pound White Fish
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- sour cream
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium/high. Place the fish in a medium sized dish. Whisk together the lime, cilantro, and ancho and pour over the fish. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade and place into the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, then flip the fish and grill an additional 30 seconds on the other side. Remove from oven. Grill the tortillas for 20 seconds. Remove and place fish & garnishes on the tortillas. Enjoy.
