ShananiGREENS Smoothie
A delicious and healthy smoothie that will give you the energy to start your day! Also great if you feel like you might be getting sick: kicks the germs in the face!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 an avocado
- one banana (I like to use frozen)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 3-5 strawberries (I like to use frozen)
- about 2 heaping Tbsp grated fresh ginger (add more if you like ginger a lot!)
- orange juice to texture to your liking (about 3/4 cup)
- (If not using any frozen ingredients, add a few ice cubes)
- Optional: a few frozen pineapple chunks!
Instructions
Put the spinach, kale, ginger, and some orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, and a bit more orange juice. Blend. Add more orange juice as necessary.
