Black Bean Salsa
By Cyndi Reitz. My friend Ashley and I make this for all our girl's nights. She adds chunks of avocado to hers.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of Rotel (1 regular, 1 Mexican)
- 1 can black beans (I rinse)
- 1 can white Shoepeg corn
- 1/2 Red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup Cilantro or to taste
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin or to taste
- Avocado, chopped
Instructions
Mix together and chill
Servings: 1 medium-sized bowl
