Pecan Pie
Delicious Nut Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C. white sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4T Butter, melted
- 2 1/2 T heavy cream
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 C. Pecans, Chopped
- 1 C White Corn Syurp
Instructions
Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, butter. Add eggs, salt, vanilla, cream and syrup. Add pecans. Pour into pie unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 mins at 400, REduce heat to 350 and bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Middle of pie will be slightly shaky. Don't overcook. Eat it up!
