Santori Pot Roast
Gramma Santori's Pot Roast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 boneless beef brisket, 4 lbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (I would reco no less than 5)
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 c water
- 2 tlbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Fat side up in 13 x 10 pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mince garlic and add sliced onions all around. Put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered with alumium foil. Reduce heat to 200 degree and roast for another 2-3 hours. Remove beef and pour juices into sauce pan and add the cornstarch slurry to make gravy. Serve hot and with lots of veggies!
