Sweet Potato Pie
Bertha's Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- Store Bought Crust
- 1 can sweet potatoes (drained)
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- Vanilla to taste
Instructions
1. Bake pie crust according to instructions.
2. Mash sweet potatoes.
3. Combine ingredients and pour into pie crust.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until done (approximately 30-40 minutes).
